Emails Show Navy's 'UFO' Patents Went Through Significant Internal Review, Resulted In A Demo

 From The War Zone:

The War Zone continues to dig into the bizarre U.S. Navy patents authored by enigmatic inventor Dr. Salvatore Pais and the seemingly unusual circumstances of their approval by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). As part of our investigation, we recently obtained a tranche of internal emails from Naval Air Systems Command, or NAVAIR, which appear to have been sent between Pais and personnel in different NAVAIR offices. While the Navy's exotic energy production patents remain as mysterious as ever, these emails add to the backstory surrounding the inventions of Salvatore Pais and suggest that the patents went through a more rigorous internal evaluation process than was previously known. The emails also seem to indicate that the research program that emanated from the patents did in fact result in an experimental demonstration of some sort.

Last year, the publication of several unusual patents assigned to the U.S. Navy raised eyebrows due to the seemingly radical and unconventional claims found within them. These patents included bizarre technologies such as a “high temperature superconductor,” a "high frequency gravitational wave generator," a force field-like "electromagnetic field generator," a “plasma compression fusion device,” and a hybrid aerospace/underwater craft featuring an "inertial mass reduction device." They truly sound like the stuff of science fiction and seem to describe the theoretical building blocks of a craft with UFO-like performance.

USPTO

An image from Pais's "Craft Using an Inertial Mass Reduction Device" patent. Each of the Navy inventions are credited to one Dr. Salvatore Cezar Pais, who, at the time the patent applications were submitted, was an aerospace engineer at NAVAIR's Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) in Patuxent (Pax) River, Maryland. Every one of Pais' recent inventions depends on what the inventor calls “the Pais Effect,” described in numerous publications by the inventor as the “controlled motion of electrically charged matter (from solid to plasma) via accelerated spin and/or accelerated vibration under rapid (yet smooth) acceleration-deceleration-acceleration transients.”

Internal NAWCAD And NAVAIR Emails Contain Additional Details

The internal NAVAIR emails The War Zone has recently obtained are all related to the creation of the patent application and internal review process for Pais’s seemingly bizarre “Craft Using an Inertial Mass Reduction Device” patent. All names within this release have been redacted, but it appears possible that many of the emails could have been written by Dr. Salvatore Pais based on portions of email signatures left unredacted, not to mention the fact that they describe Pais’s patents and publications in the first person. Still, it's ultimately impossible to be 100% certain that these emails were indeed written by Pais himself despite The War Zone referring to the author as Pais throughout this reporting for simplicity.

While much remains unknown about these patents and their provenance, these emails offer a few new details about the internal processes Pais and other NAWCAD employees at Pax River undertook in getting some of the patents approved. For one, these emails reveal that Pais made an additional $700 between 2016 and 2018 from two separate incentive awards for the “Craft Using An Inertial Mass Reduction Device” patent.

USN VIA FOIA

The emails largely discuss bureaucratic procedures and paperwork related to the invention disclosures and patent application processes. These emails include individuals from NAWCAD, including its Office of Counsel, as well as elsewhere within NAVAIR, such as the Naval Test Wing Atlantic, and at a drafting company in Uniontown, Ohio that was hired to illustrate the patent applications.

USN VIA FOIA

The invention disclosure forms contained in these releases show that Pais claims several of his patents - “Craft Using an Inertial Mass Reduction Device,” “Piezoelectricity-induced High Temperature Superconductor,” “High Frequency Gravitational Wave Generator,” and “Ultrahigh Intensity Electromagnetic Field Generator” - are all interrelated. The gravitational wave generator application was cited as a follow-up to both the electromagnetic wave generator application and the inertial mass reduction device application, and is also listed as a closely related patent in the high-temperature superconductor application.

USN VIA FOIA

Disclosure form for the high-frequency gravitational wave generator.

All three of the invention disclosure forms (“Craft Using an Inertial Mass Reduction Device,” “Piezoelectricity-induced High Temperature Superconductor,” and “High Frequency Gravitational Wave Generator”) show that these inventions were disclosed to multiple employees at NAVAIR prior to application.

The emails also show that Pais’s inventions were reviewed by the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) at Pax River. According to the NAWCAD TTO Director’s LinkedIn profile, the mission of this office is to “strive to advance the mission of NAWCAD and enhance the economic well-being of the nation” and that it “promotes the use of NAWCAD laboratories and test facilities, develops strategic partnerships with external customers and partners, and commercializes intellectual property.”

Pais's inventions underwent “technical and marketing reviews” sometime in late 2015, after which Pais defended his inventions in front of the NAWCAD Invention Evaluation Board throughout 2016 and 2017. The inventions appear to have cleared this review process, as NAWCAD then subsequently submitted them individually to the USPTO for patent approval beginning in April 2016 with the "inertial mass reduction device" patent.

USN VIA FOIA

It was during the review period in late 2015 that the NAWCAD Office of Counsel cited U.S. Code of Federal Regulation 37 CFR § 501.6, which claims the Government has the right to any invention made by an employee during working hours, “with a contribution by the Government of facilities, equipment, materials, funds, or information,” or “which bears a direct relation to or is made in consequence of the official duties of the inventor.” NAWCAD was interested enough in Pais’s “Craft Using an Inertial Mass Reduction Device” patent to cite this code and claim the patents for the U.S. Government.

USN VIA FOIA

In his invention disclosure form for the inertial mass reduction device patent, Pais signed and dated a form reading “As the invention described herein was made as a direct result of the performance of my assigned duties, I hereby agree to assign the entire right, title and interest in the invention to the government and I understand that I will retain no rights in the invention.”

However, underneath Pais wrote that “There is no relationship whatsoever between my assigned duties and the invention. The invention was made independently of any job performance or assigned tasks by the Branch or Section.” He later wrote in the same disclosure form that “The entire Inventive Concept (Invention) and anything that pertains to it, was the inventor’s own work, with no government contribution whatsoever.”

USN VIA FOIA

It’s curious that NAWCAD would cite 37 CFR § 501.6 and that Pais would sign and date a form stating the invention was made “made as a direct result of the performance of my assigned duties” yet just lines later also write that there was no relationship between his duties and the invention. The inventions were also evaluated by several internal NAWCAD/NAVAIR review boards and vouched for to the USPTO by NAWCAD leadership, despite apparently having no direct correlation to Pais's assigned duties.

Pais writes in the same form that his duties as an Aerospace Engineer for NAWCAD at the time included working in Fuel Thermal Management Systems design and analysis for aircraft such as the F-18F-35, and P-8A, as well as working on programs such as the Naval Power, Avionics, and Thermal Laboratory (NPATH), Variable Cycle Advanced Technology (VCAT), and Unmanned Carrier-Launched Airborne Surveillance and Strike (UCLASS).

After one of his academic papers describing the patents was accepted for publication in 2016, Pais wrote in an email to several NAVAIR employees that “What is most unique about this paper is that it has already won the approval of Dr. [REDACTED], one of the world’s top authorities in Advanced Power and Propulsion/Quantum Vacuum Engineering, who has given his unreserved approval of this paper, calling it “a very good paper.” [REDACTED] has also forwarded the paper to several of his colleagues, including [REDACTED], another top subject matter expert.”

USN VIA FOIA

It’s unknown who the names redacted in this email may be, but there are a few likely candidates based on how small the fields of "Advanced Power and Propulsion" and "Quantum Vacuum Engineering" are. Works by two of the world’s authorities on the intersection of these topics, perennial ‘weird science’ contract stalwart Hal Puthoff and aerospace engineer H. David Froning, were included along with the patent application for Pais's "craft using an inertial mass reduction device" as “Non-Patent Literature Documents.”

USPTO

Froning has published extensive USAF-funded studies on hypersonic vehicle design and using directed energy to aid in aircraft propulsion. In addition, the Australian-based Froning has published peer-reviewed studies on “new directions in electromagnetism for propulsion and power” and using specially-conditioned electromagnetic fields to control nuclear fusion reactions - some of the same technologies patented by Pais on behalf of the U.S. Navy over the last several years.

Froning authored the 2016 book The Halcyon Years of Air and Space Flight: And the Continuing Quest, an examination of the “remaining barriers facing our next big steps in air and space” that offers examples of “material and energy systems and propulsion and flight systems that may be needed to overcome them.” Oddly enough, an Amazon user under the title "Salvatore Cezar Pais, Ph.D." appears to have left the book a glowing five-star Amazon review in mid-2016, and noted that the essence of the book is the development of "advanced field propulsion by the engineering of the quantum vacuum.” It's impossible to know if this book review was indeed written by Pais himself, although it's worth noting it was posted years before Pais's patents were made public, which thrust his name into the public eye.

AMAZON

Ultimately, it’s unknown who the redacted subject matter experts in the email represent. Still, some of the language in the review of Froning’s book echoes the language in some of these internal NAVAIR emails. In the same email sent on April 20, 2016, Pais wrote to numerous NAVAIR employees that “the enablement of extreme craft speeds, and thus the feasibility of intergalactic travel using current engineering materials and methods, is made possible with this publication,” while this book review wrote that Froning's research "takes us several steps toward our ultimate civilizational goal of Intergalactic Flight" and "can occur with state of the art materials and engineering methods."

Pais closes the April 20, 2016 email by adding “One thing is for sure, the existence of this technical paper and its current acceptance by foremost authorities in the field will greatly facilitate the patent examination process, hopefully culminating in two essential patents for the technologically advanced future of the Navy.”

USN VIA FOIA

Nine days later, Pais wrote that the patent application had been filed with the USPTO, writing “[REDACTED] has done an admirable job and produced an exceptional patent application, [REDACTED] work is highly commendable. The inventive concept due to its simplicity and minimalism, despite its advanced quantum vacuum physics, pays homage to Occam’s Razor. Thank you Sir for your recommendation and your continued support.” It may be that Pais is referring Mark Glut, NAWCAD's patent attorney at the time of the patent application. As noted in our previous reporting, Glut was awarded power of attorney throughout the patent application process for the “Craft Using an Inertial Mass Reduction Device.”

In a May 2017 email, Pais writes that “[Redacted] is a formidable patent lawyer,” adding that “these advanced concepts were not easy to translate into easily understandable and technically admittable patent applications.” In the same email, Pais thanks the recipient for his “vision and leadership,” writing that “our discussions have generated many great ideas” and that Pais is “extremely grateful to you for understanding and backing them.”

USN VIA FOIA

In our previous reporting on Pais’s patents, we noted that he has publicly thanked Naval Aviation Enterprise Chief Technology Officer Dr. James Sheehy in academic publications for his “many hours of thought-provoking discussions on the concept at hand.” In the emails related to the high-temperature superconductor patent, an unknown individual from the Naval Aviation Enterprise writes that “the concept has strong theoretical backing” and offers their help in the patent application process. As we have previously reported, Sheehy stepped in to write statements to the USPTO personally attesting to the operability and enablement of the concepts in Pais's inventions.

USN VIA FOIA

After the patent application for “Craft Using an Inertial Mass Reduction Device” was submitted, an unknown individual from the Naval Aviation Enterprise congratulated Pais, writing “Congratulations!! Now to build a small demo to put the theory into a demo. The sec 219 BAR/TT [Basic Applied Research/Technology Transfer] call is out - could be the genesis of a BAR/TT project.” It could be that this individual was Dr. Sheehy. In his LinkedIn profile, Sheehy writes that "as CTO he oversees and advocates the selection of S&T [Science & Technology] for the NAE," while the individual in this email includes "ST" in their signature. Ultimately the identity of this individual remains unknown due to the level of redaction in this email.

USN VIA FOIA

Funding for the proposed Section 219 BAR/TT project mentioned in this email appears to have ultimately been granted, as Pais cites the funding his work received from it a year later in 2017 in two academic publications for radical new propulsion concepts, and again in 2019 for a "Hybrid Aerospace-Undersea Craft."

SAE

Another statement made by NAWCAD leadership appears to suggest that demonstrative experiments were designed to test the "Pais Effect" as a result of this 219 BAR/TT project. In 2017, Dr. Sheehy, the Chief Technology Officer for the Naval Aviation Enterprise, wrote to the USPTO to declare that Pais was “currently funded by NAWCAD to design a test article and instrumentation to demonstrate the experimental feasibility of achieving high electromagnetic (EM) field-energy and flux values.” Sheehy added that Pais was at the time “one year into the project” and had “already begun a series of experiments to design and demonstrate advanced High energy Density/High Power propulsion systems.”

According to a U.S. Navy fact sheet, Section 219 of the Fiscal Year 2009 National Defense Authorization Act, which had been amended since then, "established a mechanism whereby a defense laboratory may fund basic and applied research, transition of technologies developed by the defense laboratory into operational use, recruitment and retention of personnel with needed scientific and engineering expertise, and revitalization and recapitalization of the laboratories. Basic research is directed toward greater knowledge of the fundamental aspects of phenomena and of observable facts without specific applications towards processes or products in mind. Applied research is understanding the means to meet a recognized and specific need. It may be oriented toward the design and development of prototypes." The same sheet adds that "technology transition moves mature technologies into programs of record."

In the emails related to the high-temperature superconductor patent application (PA), an individual with a “Navy.mil” email address suggests trying to get a phone interview with a primary examiner, noting that “we can defend this PA very well.”

USN VIA FOIA

Based on documents found in the USPTO Public Pair website related to the high-temperature superconductor patent application, we know a telephone interview between Pais, NAWCAD patent attorney Mark Glut, the primary patent examiner, and another USPTO examiner took place on June 6, 2019. In that interview, Pais argued that the theoretical basis for the high-temperature superconductor is sound despite a lack of experimental evidence.

USN VIA FOIA

The emails concerning the high-temperature superconductor show that Pais was turned down by energy research journal Joule in 2017. Joule editors wrote that “while the topic of room temperature superconductivity is of course very exciting, we would require you to provide some compelling experimental validation of your proposed theoretical pathway before we could reconsider.” However, Pais’ paper “Room Temperature Superconducting System for use on a Hybrid Aerospace-Undersea Craft” was published in the proceedings of the AIAA SciTech forum in 2019. That paper contains no experimental data.

USN VIA FOIA

The application for the high-temperature superconductor remains pending at the time of publication.

Recent Scientific Breakthroughs And The Pais Patents

In recent months, several major developments have made waves throughout the scientific community that reportedly achieve what Pais's patents claim to. A radical breakthrough marking what researchers call the first room-temperature superconductor was announced in Nature in mid-October, potentially opening the door to new methods and levels of power generation. Despite the excitement, achieving this type of superconductivity requires extreme pressures, the lowest of which was 2.6 million times the atmospheric pressure at sea level. For now, the world’s first room-temperature superconductor will remain in laboratories at minuscule scales.

Last month, another radical high-temperature superconductor design was revealed to the world. Researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and its spin-off firm Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS) published seven articles in a special edition the Journal of Plasma Physics detailing a revolutionary new compact fusion reactor design. MIT/CFS claims that the reactor, known as SPARC, could very well be “the first net-energy controlled fusion experiment” in the world.

According to MIT’s Martin Greenwald, Deputy Director of the MIT Plasma Science and Fusion Center and lead scientist on the SPARC project, one of the key technologies leveraged in the SPARC design is “a newer electromagnet technology that uses so-called high temperature superconductors (HTS) that can produce a much higher magnetic field” to contain the fusion reaction within.

MIT/CFS

While these recent developments in HTS technology appear unrelated to the physical mechanisms claimed to enable the “Pais Effect,” they certainly show that mysterious inventors working behind closed doors in Department of Defense labs aren’t the only ones pursuing these “Holy Grail” technologies.

As Always, Questions Remain

While these internal NAVAIR emails may not alleviate the mystery surrounding the peculiar inventions of Dr. Salvatore Pais and the reasons why NAVAIR leadership vouched for their operability to the USPTO, they do add details about the inventor's patent application process and the internal reviews that the patents underwent.

Aside from adding to our understanding that Pais has consistently vouched for the patents being both incredibly revolutionary and possible to engineer with current methods and materials, these emails reveal that numerous employees of NAWCAD and the Pax River Invention Evaluation Board took them seriously enough to clear Pais’s patents for the USPTO application process.

We also now know these inventions resulted in the Section 219 Basic Applied Research/Technology Transfer program that was successfully funded and resulted in a physical demonstration and further experimental testing. We also now know the inventions underwent the aforementioned technical and marketing reviews by the award-winning NAWCAD Technology Transfer Office, which, in part, facilitates technology transfer to partners outside the Navy, before the patents were applied for.

Despite these new details, we are just as mystified as ever by these bizarre patents and what they might mean for the “technologically advanced future of the Navy.” We have yet to find any experimental validation or subject matter experts who can confirm Pais's theories.

Regardless, The War Zone continues to pursue multiple FOIA requests related to these patents and the research projects that led to them.

The FOIA releases can be read in their entirety below. Special thanks to reader Michael E. Boyd for providing The War Zone with this FOIA release.

Biden Is A Brutal Enforcer Of The Jesuit-Illuminati Globalist Warmongers

By Yoichi Shimatsu from Rense.com
11-16-20

After being "encouraged" to leave several countries of Asia due to my attempts at instilling truthful journalism among their youth and resistance to censorship, I have since been traveling throughout the USA. Sniffing around much like an old wolf out of its cage and reintroduced to nature, I feel that it's good to be lean and hungry, even though I am surprised at how the deer cannot figure road kill and the sheep remain content behind electric wire.

During the many decades of my absence, other than to the West Coast and New York, which have hardly any resemblance to the rest of the country other than the criminality of politicians. The vast middle stretches of the not-so New World is different from my college days in Indiana, enjoying now with trappings of prosperity thanks to Dollar stores while families suffer the same old financial insecurity. The more things change, as the saying goes. Today's nemesis is the repressive COVID overkill of distancing and business closures, not much different from the Arab oil embargo of the 1970s.

The heavy hand of bureaucracy is heavier depending on the state, Pennsylvania's green new deal killing off agriculture and animal husbandry as opposed to Wyoming, which buffalo and cowboys still roam. It is depressing to realized the near-total disappearance of the horse-and-cowboy culture, with pastures rolling with hay for Angus herds now that filling the belly has become more of a priority than riding high in the saddle. Despite the sadness in the air and decline in rules of the road, there are still glimmers of America's former greatness of spirit, which hopefully can be revived in an uphill battle against sloth, gluttony, medication and mindless greed.

Jacksonian Values

Just a few days ago my appreciation for American courage was refreshed on a visit to the Hermitage, the historic home of President Andrew Jackson, that youthful hero of the Revolutionary War and undaunted victor at the Battle of New Orleans in the War of 1812. The frugal Tennessee general and grassroots politician was able to use the cheap local lumber, beams and boards of poplar ash, to create the appearance of classical Grecian grandeur for his mansion, as it were built with stone, his objective being to connect the rugged values of populist democracy on the frontier with distant ancient roots, freedom of thought and action being characteristics of a sovereign people. I was surprised to learn that an elderly Marquis de Lafayette had a similar admiration of the homespun simplicity behind the elegant facade on his visit to Nashville in 1825.

The Marquis and Old Hickory are heroes of yore and for ages to come, although ignored in the present era of craven self-interest, hypocritical political correctness and unabashed fraud as a lifestyle. And worse, not snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays our nation's postal workers from the swift completion of their appointed ballot stuffing. Say it ain't so, Joe! Even Amazon and DoorDash do not limit their delivery service to Democrats. I hate to admit it, it's proof that the USPS should be privatized, to be rid of Tammany Hall influence.

Old Faithful

My other gripe about this once great democracy has to do with the public's utter loss of faith from sea to radioactivity-poisoned sea. Along every byway that I've traveled, from the two-lane Tina Turner Highway in Georgia to Bear Tooth Pass between Wyoming and Montana, all the churches are locked up, parking lots empty and curtains drawn, with neither pastor nor deacon willing to risk offering a prayer or dispensing a chalice of wine in this year of coronavirus and electoral fraud. A silent crisis of state and religion is obliterating this nation's traditional values.

American values are being killed off not just by the infection rate or digital sloth or mindless arson but more from the unrelenting intent by our worst sworn enemy, as astutely predicted by the Marquis de Lafayette. "It is my opinion that if the liberties of this country, the United States of America, are destroyed, it will be by the subtlety of the Roman Catholic Jesuit priests, for they are the most crafty, dangerous enemies to civil and religious liberty. They have instigated most of the wars of Europe." So what's it have to do with Joe Biden, a member in good standing in the Knights of Malta, servant of the Illuminati Order of the British Empire and Jesuit CIA spy? Nothing to a mind-controlled clone, everything if one happens to be a patriot.

Crimes of Uncle Joe

Briefly, the objective of the Biden vote-buying operation is World War III, starting with a NATO assault against Russia, in short a revival of the Eastward Expansion policy of the Clinton era. The effectiveness of drones against battle tanks is seen by Agency tacticians as enabling at last the technical means to defeat Russian armored forces.

The deeper motive involves the historical drive of the Jesuits, as led by Jesuit-trained intel execs like Bill Donovan, Casey, Angleton and Dulles to exterminate the Orthodox Church of Russia, which has lasting ties with the churches of the East, including those ancient faith communities in the Aramaic-speaking region of Jesus of Galilee. The Vatican's sectarian vendetta that began with the Great Schism has since morphed into unholy alliances with the Hapsburg empire, its Frankist Jewish spies, the Rothschild Illuminati, and institutionalized by the Society of Jesus IHS, the Jesuits.

For agnostics and non-Christian, it is sufficient to realize that the concentration of secular and military power by manipulative pseudo-religious fanatics perverting the mass media, AI and chipping tech is completely unacceptable and the Biden cabal must be stopped by the appropriate means in every situation.

In this geopolitical perspective, the Bidens' intrigues in Ukraine figure massively in the Jesuit-NATO preparations for a coming invasion of Russia, Belarus and Central Asia, and when that bloody work is done, Iran and China before victory in WWIII is declared by whoever is left standing. For Christians, only one word is needed to describe this looming Age of Evil, that being "Antichrist", which translates to the secularists as a big Bad Apple.

Biden's Foreign Intrigues

Here are other points that should encourage a serious and thorough investigation into election fraud by the Jesuit-controlled Biden-Pelosi criminal cabal.

Young Joseph Robinette Biden cut his teeth as a CIA recuit during the late 1960s on a secret mission to the Red Guards base on the Tianshan mountains of Xinjiang, China, to monitor Soviet nuclear blasts at the nearby Semipalatinsk test site. During the Sino-Soviet split, the CIA links with PLA chief Lin Piao were conducted through a Jesuit-created "Maoist" cult called the Progressive Labor Party (PL), comprised of brain-damaged victims of the MK-ULTRA program.

Biden soon thereafter returned to China as a freshman senator fronting for the CIA. As it turns out the airplane escape of the infamous leftist Lin Piao to evade arrest in Beijing was not toward the Soviet Union as in the official claim, but as revealed to me recently by a military intelligence officer actually destined for Alaska. The CIA and the Red Guards were partners in war crimes by then, involved in looting and sabotaging Chinese cargo trains loaded with war materiel destined for North Vietnam. The Sino-CIA relationship survived Lin Piao as the Soviet split continued to widen, culminating in their joint support for the Vatican's warlord Joseph Savimbi in the Angola wars, which killed more than 2 million civilians. Thus, the China link goes much deeper than bag-man Hunter Biden's lobbying for Beijing on Capitol Hill, which was just a small part of the funding flow from Beijing to Langley, Virginia, as an IOU to the CIA.

The Jesuit connections with China began in the 18th century mission of priest Matteo Ricci, as a papal emissary to the court of the Manchu Qing Dynasty, and have since never relented, with the continuing presence of Jesuits in Macau, a base for liaison and cooperation on the mainland. Much of the anti-American tilt of late across Asia and Europe is a coordinated policy of the Jesuit order aimed at quelling the conservative American Catholic faction over Taiwan and Hong Kong policy, and suppressing any other points of resistance. Francis, the gray pontiff, being both white and black popes, must feel a kindred spirit with the ambiguous Bidens.

The HIV Blood Factor

During the George W. Bush and Bill Clinton admins, Joe Biden took a point-man role in fomenting and sponsoring the CIA operations against Yugoslavia. As a senior member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Biden was the Jesuit point-man for NATO interventions against Yugoslavia, especially Croatia where pro-Mussolini fascist-era death squads were revived by the CIA and British-led Special Air Service against the predominantly Orthodox Christian Serbs. NATO eastward expansion was actually a latter-day crusade.

The Balkans intervention took a horrendous turn when the Jesuit-linked "charity" Americares flew pallets of Factor IV (Four) blood tainted with HIV into the Balkans war zone. The HIV-infected serum was collected at Arkansas state prisons while Bill Clinton was governor of that state and running cocaine shipments from war-torn Central America into Mena Airfield in western Arkansas. The Factor IV flights left from Connecticut to Shannon Airport, a CIA-Provo IRA safe haven for drugs and weapons (like the CIA bomb used by its Provo IRA agents to assassinate Lord Montbatten); then onto a cargo terminal in Frankfurt, Germany, where it was met by Jesuit priests involved in Balkans covert weapons shipment; and then to Zagreb, Croatia, for distribution by a CIA-funded local hospital administrator-physician to unknowing war-wound victims in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo.

The purpose of deliberate infection of warring communities was to find an ethnic group with inherent HIV resistance in the biologically diverse and physically isolated Balkans communities. The Obama appointee Jim Yong Kim as the World Bank chief resulted in absurdly low infection estimatess with rigged data to hide the extent of this war crime of medical abuse in Balkans, of which Joe Biden and his fellow Jesuit spooks were and are guilty to the brink of damnation. Faith is sometimes just a fig leaf to cover over evil.

Meanwhile, the Ukraine-Russia conflict is simmering and remains under-reported in the State Department's CIA-complicit media. Hunter Biden's absurdly generous payments from Burisma, according to one of my sources, was not simply to bribe his father and the Obama cronies, but had everything to do with payment for secret weapons shipments in the conflict with Russian-backed militias in the eastern Donetsk region. The CIA executives are profiting as middleman in that trade with international arms dealers.

The Bidens are brutal murderers whose toes properly should be stretched on the same gallows as that other Jesuit stooge Benito Mussolini. Tony Fauci, another Jesuit agent, is responsible for using NIH funds for the bioweapon engineering of COVID-19 in Wisconsin, Manitoba and Bristol, England, as tracked in my 27-part series. Mass murder is a capital offense, which the Supreme Court has managed to ignore.

Jesuit-Illuminati Linkages

Let me conclude with the connection of the Jesuits and the Illuminati with Joe Biden's nomination and personal accompaniment of Mike Bloomberg to his knighting by the Queen of England into the royal order of the Knights of the British Empire (KBE), as discussed in my in-depth article on Bloomie, which apparently has been censored by the CIA, British intel and the Rothschilds.

The Jesuit-Illuminati link is based on Adam Weiskopf's personal evolution as a Jesuit novice to found the Illuminism. Any doubters among the PC academics should read Johann Wolfgang von Goethe's Travels in Italy, which includes his praise of the papal-banned Jesuits at the ruins of their former college in Brera, northern Italy. Goethe was the leading light of the Illuminati in the late 18th century.

Assuredly, it all goes deeper and wider, and religion and political correctness are being used as cover for mass murder on a global scale. The Marquis de Lafayette and Andrew Jackson were the saviors of this country, but in contrast the Bidens, Clintons, Obamas and Pelosi et al are damning a once-fine nation to the lower depths of hell. So stand with what's right to break their evil spell.

To quote Andrew Jackson: "The Bible is the rock upon which this Republic rests." It's high time to reopen the church doors to break the demonic spell that grips this great land.

DYING CAPITALISM & THE NEW FEUDALISM

 From Gold Switzerland

American exceptionalism, as current COVID and capitalism disasters confirm, has morphed into a distortion that resembles more of a comorbidity than a guiding light.

Despite a prior reputation for leading the world in innovation, problem solving and health care, the U.S. is witnessing record hospitalizations in a nation comprising 5% of the global population yet 25% of its COVID infections.

Regardless of one’s politics, the COVID crisis is now an open symptom of failure, not exceptionalism.

The same is true of the current crisis facing American capitalism.

In its purest form, capitalism is an exceptional system, yet sadly one that is morphing into something that is anything but exceptional.

A CRITICAL TURNING POINT

Regardless of legitimately debatable views on how individuals and policy makers (from central bankers to health organizations) have handled the pandemic, we can all agree that COVID represents a turning point.

The question now is whether it will be a turning point for the worse or the better.

One way to forecast this direction is by tracking the current health of U.S. capitalism.

CAPITALISM RE-ASSESSED

Today, with central banks engaged in open Wall Street socialism wherein artificially repressed rates and unlimited QE have directly benefited the two largest asset classes in America, namely real estate and stocks, we can’t deny the cause-and-effect powers (as well as beneficiaries) of such “accommodation.”

It’s an objective fact that 80 % of those assets are owned by the top 10%.

Does that feel like capitalism working at a national level, or something far more targeted and far less “free-market” driven?

The very concept of central-bank supported (and Congress-lobbied) capitalism is itself an oxymoron, and requires on honest re-assessment (and some hard questions) regarding the true meaning of capitalism.

Can any system, market or sector, for example, that is directly and exclusively supported by trillions in fiat money creation and decades of artificially repressed (and unnaturally low) interest rates by definition be labeled “free market,” “natural” or even “capitalistic”?

Be honest.

And has the $6+ trillion in Fed money creation since 2008 truly “trickled down” to the real economy or has it primarily benefited risk asset markets like stocks on the S&P 500…

…or real estate owners and commission-based brokers:

Again: Be honest.

Whether you be in the top 10% or the bottom 10%, the answer to such primary questions is empirically obvious.

Such asset price inflation (i.e. bubbles) in everything from tech stocks to beach front real estate is not symbolic of the lauded and natural “Darwinism” of competitive, free-market capitalism.

Instead, such bubbles for the top 10% and the consequent wealth disparity that followed for the rest of the country are dangerous indicators of a kind of post-modern feudalism wherein a questionable cabal of policy makers subsidizes a distinct minority of beneficiaries and then calls the result “economic stimulus” as the rest of the country gets poorer by the day.

But again, is that capitalism?

Capitalism, whether defined by Adam Smith or abused by Gordon Gecko, is a dynamic, full-body contact sport of almost blood-thirsty competition played on a level playing field of new ideas, equal capital costs and individual effort.

In addition, true capitalism, the kind our fathers knew, was equally designed to create a broad rather than narrow class of winners and prosperity over time.

Do the above charts suggest a broad class of winners?

Capitalism, of course, should reward executives. But by how much?

Since 1978, CEO compensation has grown by 940%, whereas worker compensation for the same period has grown by 12%. In 1965, the average ratio of CEO to median employee salaries was 21:1, today it’s over 320:1.

For Jeff Bezos at Amazon, the ratio is 1.2 million to 1.

Is such data a sign of an evolving capitalism or an indicator of something far more disturbing?

FAIR COMPETITION VS. A RIGGED GAME

Unfortunately, there are other and increasingly clear signs of rigged policies (from the Fed, Congress, SEC or White House) which have less to do with fair competition and compensation—the keystones of healthy capitalism—and far more do with an extended yet media-ignored paradigm of favoritism—i.e. cheating.

Today, a kind of pseudo capitalism has emerged which is neither empathetic toward (or beneficial to) its host nation.

Instead, we have a distorted model of capitalism whose benefits and empathies are uniquely targeted to a singular (parasitic?) group of companies, individuals and markets.

For every member of Congress, for example, there are at least four financial lobbyists (from banks and big-tech) scurrying to influence (i.e. purchase) favorable policy decisions.

This suggests healthy capitalism is under the influence of bribery not policy, and backroom deals rather than fair competition.

Of course, any system that is inherently rigged, like the 1919 World Series, is inherently flawed.

Capitalism, when rigged, is no less disgraceful.

We see this rigged game playing out in real time as the weak majority get weaker and the strong minority get stronger in a backdrop that is not a capitalistic “survival of the fittest,” but rather a feudalistic survival of the best-connected.

Record breaking wealth disparity as well as the open and shameful disconnect between a tanking economy and a rising (Fed-supported) securities market is not an homage to capitalism, but rather open proof of its failure.

TESLA, APPLE AND AMAZON—THE NEW CAPITALISM?

Take Tesla. It’s a visionary company, but its stock has been skyrocketing on growth projections and historically low borrowing costs, easily managed by exaggerated share price inflation.

In March, it was the 4th most valuable auto company in the world, today it is now the most valuable, worth more than Daimler, Toyota and Volkswagen combined.

Or Apple. It took 12 years to get a $1 trillion market cap, but only 5 months to recently reach $2 trillion.

Are such growth stories a consequence of fair, legitimate and natural free-market capitalism, or have they enjoyed an unfair advantage from the policy jocks?

Consider Amazon.

With online sales skyrocketing as citizens are locked at home, Amazon has hired hundreds of thousands of minimum-wage warehouse workers to keep boxes coming to your doorsteps.

We can applaud Amazon for its job creation and raising of the minimum wage.

But let us not forget the larger picture in which AMAZON has gamified municipalities through its absurd HQ2 plan which transfers wealth from city police, fire and school districts to its shareholders.

Nor should we forget that despite years of a profitless balance sheet and legal tax avoidance, Amazon’s share price bubble has allowed it to literally kill, gut and bury small businesses across the nation.

At the same time, by owning the rails and engaging in anti-competitive behavior while dumping products and prices due to their access to cheap capital (against which no other companies can compete), Amazon has slaughtered rather than leveled the fair “playing field” upon which true capitalism was designed to be played.

Instead, names like Amazon, Tesla and Apple have prompted openly pro-capitalist thought leaders like Scott Galloway to question whether the pandemic was created, or at least co-opted, for taking the top 10% into the top 1% while sending the remaining 90% downward.

TWO AMERICAS, ZERO CAPITALISM

A recent study by the Robin Hood Foundation, for example, revealed that 32% of the people in New York, the homefield of Wall Street, have been forced to go to a food bank since the onset of the pandemic.

That’s more people in the Empire State seeking free food than those who possess a college degree.

Meanwhile, 1/3 of greater America is worried about paying their rent.

By pure math, we now live in a Dickinsonian backdrop by which it is the “best of times” for a tiny minority (from Face-shot real estate brokers to Facebook tech investors) and the “worst of times” for the broader population.

Is it truly fair to castigate the real America as “losers” in a so-called Capitalistic competition whose rigged rules and policies ensured who the winners would be before the game could even start?

The rigged game playing right under our noses in the U.S. is not free market capitalism, just as an S&P sitting atop a big, fat, $7+ trillion Fed air-bag, sure as hell aint a free market.

Natural price discovery, as all honest Wall Street veterans know, died years ago. Nod to Greenspan, Bernanke, Yellen and Powell.

As a member of the Wall Street elite who benefited from such anti-capitalistic capitalism, I can’t ignore facts to alleviate a fake conscience.

The simple truth is that current U.S. markets, competition and politics have nothing to do with fair competition and hence nothing to do with capitalism.

THE NEW FEUDALISM

As Galloway recently observed, “we are barreling toward a nation where 3 million lords are being served by 350 million serfs,” simply because US policy decided to favor corporations over populations as capitalism “collapses upon itself.”

Nor can this modern version of so-called capitalism rely on the “better angel” generosities of billionaires like Bezos or Musk to save the system.

The moral character of overpaid CEO’s will not bring the dying middle class back to its glory days.

Frankly, it’s up to the citizens themselves to get informed rather than angry.

Knowledge begets better results than pitch forks.

America is falling not just because capitalism lost its way or policy-supported CEO’s lack the character and accountabilities of the past.

It’s because citizens and their lobbied (bribed) leaders—red, blue and purple–have lost their sanity and are screaming at each other rather than opening a single economics, math, ethics, history or anti-trust book.

Today, the crowd gets its education from tweets and twits, not informed thoughts, sound leadership and patient knowledge or actual book reading.

BREAD & CIRCUS, FEAR & DIVISION

This, of course, makes the mal-informed majority (i.e. the bottom 90%) easier to trick and manipulate.

Decision-makers on top, from ancient Rome to Herr Goebbels, have always understood, and hence exploited, such wide-spread ignorance.

In short, policy anti-heroes serve a mal-informed population a mixed cocktail of either: 1) bread & circus (from Netflix to celebrity virtue-signaling) or 2) fear (from “social-distancing” to COVID death rates) to keep the crowd ignorant, divided and afraid.

Today, most U.S. citizens are blind to the rudimentary basics of Fed policy, currency debasement, lobbying tricks, anti-trust principles, or even viral facts.

Thus, as the middle-class flounders and a new financial feudalism replaces genuine capitalism, the mad crowd has no idea where to place its madness other than at each other in an historically divisive era of identity politics replacing anything resembling informed and unifying politics or policies.

Meanwhile, Amazon’s stock climbs as true capitalism crawls, and ancient assets like gold rise, as broken currencies like the dollar, fall.

Such are the symptoms of modern feudalism. Get ready for more.

HUNTING FOR DISRUPTION AND 100X RETURNS

 From Zero Hedge:

We all know in hindsight that it's so easy to sit on Bitcoin, Amazon or Microsoft stock, but how do we know in the future which assets will return like that?  We all know that some Pre IPO company is going to be the next Palantir. We don't, so we are left to stock picking (or asset picking if you will).  But actually stock picking is not so hard - what's hard is what any trader will tell you, and that's picking entries and exits.  For example, there certainly were those who bought BTC in the early days.  This author bought some below $1.  Guess what happened?  Got hacked at Mt.Gox.  Then I know about the group that bought Bitcoin at $1 and sold it at $80 for a whopping 80x return on their money (and it was a lot of money).  The point is that, picking the asset is not hard, timing the entry and the exit is.  Doing that is not easy, here is one suggested method:

LOOK FOR DISRUPTION.

Palantir is very disruptive.  It took the market years to realize that.  First they needed to manifest an IPO.  Now that Palantir is public, it's doing great.  Palantir solves a problem that frankly no other company in the world solves.

Lyft and Uber are NOT disruptive.  They are apps that replaced the Taxi manager.  There is little profit in delivery, particularly food delivery.  If you look past the hype, the gig economy is just an advanced form of modern slavery.

Airbnb is different, because if you compare it to companies like Uber, it's not just replacing the hotel - it's unlocking new markets.  Airbnb is much as a real estate play as it gets.  How many Airbnb hosts are huge stock holders?  How much property has been purchased and refurbished to host guests?  The traditional Hotel industry will always have it's core customers, but like restaurants, the industry grew fat and inefficient.  Airbnb cut that out.  Now hotels try to be like Airbnb.  It's all about the presentation and the business model.  The question is - did Airbnb get people to travel more?  Of course!  Also, the margins are much higher in the hotel industry.  Companies like Rubrik, these are the next Snowflake's.

Brokers are popping up left and right offering access to private markets, such as LevelX.  But as with any hot market, so does the fraud.  Sources tell us that there are multiple SEC investigations into fraudulent "Pre IPO" shops selling fake shares, selling naked, and other fraudulent practices.  In one example, a customer sent funds in for a Pre IPO investment, only to have the funds returned 6 months later - minus a fee!  A fee for 'trying.'

Pre IPO is not the only place to find disruption of course, but it's a good start.  Early stage companies still have many bugs to be worked out and have not proven themselves.  For many investors, Pre IPO unicorns are the perfect mix of risk and reward, as seen in this chart:

(Source: Preiposwap.com)

The math works over a wide range of investments being studied.  All types of risk decline over time - the older a company is, the more credibility it has.  Exceptions to the rule include situations like Enron, Madoff, MF Global, Refco, and others.  It's rare to see a big firm implode due to fraud or other reasons.  Typically, big firms simply fail to adapt to changing circumstances, such as we have seen with Revlon (REV) Kodak (KODK) and others.

Earlier seed stage companies, as depicted in Phase 1 on the above chart, simply have too much risk.  Venture Capital is a very unique thing.  You invest in 100 companies knowing that 99 will fail and the 1 that works is going to earn a 100x return or 1000x return.  It's really a very special part of capitalism.  Venture Funds try to spread this out by offering funds that invest in 50, 100, or 200 deals.  Sadly, the only reason that many companies succeed is because the backers have so much capital to throw at problems they almost never let a deal fail (but it does happen).

Pre IPO seems to be the best mix for the search for disruption.

What about Crypto?

Crypto is also very disruptive, but the issue is credibility.  Crediblock.com was founded on the idea of brining credibility to financial technology.  Some Crypto projects such as xSigma, that are backed by public companies, at least have some substance of what you would call due diligence.  Many however, are created by anonymous founders, and no one knows where the money is going.

There are disruptive investments, such as Crypto arbitrage, that we can't reference here with a link because they are all dark investments (meaning, they don't solicit investors, they don't have a website).

The most disruptive companies though can be local.  While small businesses are being attacked, many of them are getting creative.  Solutions will emerge and new industries will form.  Dark kitchens are the future of restaurants.

Advertising is going to evolve, as users boycott crap platforms like Facebook.  Take a look at how Wrapify is paying people to drive around with ads on their cars.

A company from Los Angeles called QLess has literally ended waiting in line!  See QLess Crunchbase.

We're not going to mention the 2 taboo topics for fear of our authorship and personal life- voting systems and COVID.  But we're going to see massive disruption there.

According to Zanbato.com, Pre IPO sectors that are hot and cold, according to their reports, are:

Reported Holdings as of August 31st, 2020:

This data is old, but the point remains - companies will provide opportunities to disrupt.  Either find the companies and invest in them, or found one.  This is the opportunity of a lifetime.

It's true, all these 'conspiracies' are really true.  A small group of rich people is trying to take over the world and install a global Monopoly regime.  But these are business guys, they are not 'Communists' that's just a red herring for idiot Democrats.  They are hardcore business guys, and this is a great opportunity for business.

Of all the scenarios that may come of the next 60 days there is one that few are talking about.  USA can split up into multiple countries, each managed by a regional Fed.  This would be a bonanza for business, just like if the EU was broken up.  Superstates don't work, and that's why this author does not believe the Elite will succeed in their plan.  Ultimately, there are going to be too many black swans that you can't hedge against, and the system will implode.  That's what happened to the Soviet Union.  And to this day, Russia sucks (to live in).

Capitalism works, and what drives Capitalism is Entrepreneurs, investing, and risk.

Monopoly, what 'they' want to create - it just doesn't work.  But in the process of creating the global Monopoly they want, they need to create massive opportunities as the rules of the game are changing, assets are shifting hands, and they are really pushing their agenda hard.

2021 is the year of Game On.

Trade stocks free (but don't get front-run) with LevelX, a real disruptor.  Also buy/sell private markets, if you are accredited.

The Gig Economy Is White People Discovering Servants

 From Medium:

At some point in the last century Americans, having gotten rid of slavery, accidentally lifted their incomes so much that they found themselves isolated in suburban houses, surrounded by machinery, cleaning their own toilets. They had rising incomes but everyone’s incomes were rising which means that there was no one to do stuff for you, and you couldn’t just buy people anymore.

Image for post

This century the vaunted American middle class has bottomed out and the place has started to look more like the ‘developing’ world, with a definite underclass. However, lacking generations of feudal tradition and clinging to the myth of being a classless society, Americans couldn’t just bring servants into their homes. So venture capitalists did it for them.

Uber and Postmates and DoorDash and all of these ‘gig’ economy companies simply created a giant pool of servants that you could call on demand. That’s all they really do. The gig economy is just a giant collection of servants.

I should know. I have servants.

I live in Sri Lanka and despite always making below the US poverty line (about $2000 a month), that is a shit-ton of money here. I have also generally lived with family that pools resources. Hence I have (and have often had) a driver. This driver can go and pick stuff up as well. So that’s Uber and Postmates rolled into one. If you have a good driver they can do lots of things.

My family or my wife’s family also have cooks, which makes DoorDash (food delivery) largely irrelevant, but again, there’s also the driver for that.

Then of course there are cleaners and people to do laundry, which I have always had, even when I lived alone, because it makes life so much better. It has always amazed me that quite wealthy people in the west still clean their toilets and fold clothes. Silicon Valley hasn’t quite yet figured that one out, though WeWork has serviced offices where all the cleaning and janitorial are taken care of.

I still use ride hailing and food delivery services, but the fact is that the core functionality of these apps — despite all their fancy technology — is not significantly different than having a servant. What the technology has done is pool the servants, make them available to more people, make it easier to communicate tasks, and — most importantly — make it possible to not think of them as servants at all.

But that is what people in the gig economy are. They drive you around, they run errands for you, they bring you food. There’s a lot of hype and billionaires around that fact that an increasing unequal society has rediscovered servants, and given it a new name. If you strip away the hype and get to the core functionality, the gig economy is just a distributed servant class.

This is not a revolution as much as it is a return. In Sri Lanka decades ago you would get fresh milk delivered to your door. Today you get bread, vegetables, fish and brooms and brushes peddled door-to-door. Make that ‘on-demand’, scale it up with venture money and you’ve got a startup, but it’s still basically the same thing.

For all the algorithms companies have thrown at the problem they still can’t find a way to pay great wages, even after massive subsidization, so it’s not like they revolutionized that troubling part of the servant situation either. And they still skirt labor laws, which sadly don’t apply to most domestic workers. For all the vaunted efficiency gains of technology, it’s still not so efficient that it’s changed the basic economics of menial tasks. In ‘developing’ countries being a gig worker can be a step up, but it’s hard to argue this in countries which have already moved on and expect more.

The gig economy is just white people re-discovering servants. That’s really all it is. It offers the same conveniences as centuries past, or ‘developing’ countries now, but also comes with the same economic and ethical issues. As much AI or even automation as you throw at it, you still have poorer people doing stuff you don’t want to do for not really enough money.

The real disruption would be something that renders the gig economy or servant class empty, because it lifts living standards for so many. Something that creates actual middle class jobs and lifts real family incomes across the board. In the past these have been government infrastructure programs, or opening up to free trade, or allowing more free movement of people. But those policies aren’t sexy and they don’t have an app.

But we shouldn’t mistake gig economy company’s for more than what they are. They deliver convenience, not prosperity. They touch millions of lives, but only in a superficial way.

As it is, however, the gig economy is a symptom of rising inequality, not a solution. For countries that haven’t had servants the difference seems truly revolutionary, but in reality they are just stepping back into the ‘developing’ world, hiding the ugly parts behind a gilded screen.
